In the case of Writ Petition (C.) 36065 of 2017 the Parents Teachers Association, Government Higher Secondary School, Kokkur, Kerala vs the State of Kerala, the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala observed and held that “If at all any parent has an objection, it has to be necessarily brought before the authorities, and there need not be any vaccination administered to such children whose parents object to the Vaccination”.
