Please read the Open Legal Notice carefully and if you are interested to send this Open Legal Notice to the listed Authorities, please send along with “2 Annexure A and B (one PDF file)”.

Instruction-1
Download file – Open Legal Notice, OLN (word file). In this OLN file, firstly write your full name, mailing address, active email id and your contact number/ numbers on the first page, right on the top of the Open Legal Notice.

Secondly, write only your full name on the last page of the Open Legal Notice. No signature is required for now. After typing all information, convert the OLN word file into a PDF file. Now name this PDF file as “ 1 OPEN LEGAL NOTICE AND ORS (PDF).”

Now, you are ready to send the Legal notice by email.
– Open your email account
– Go to compose

At first, check the covering letter for email ids of the authorities and email content or message body of your email. Just copy and paste the email ids of the authorities to your email window under “To” and “CC”.
Copy and Paste email ids under To, [ 4 email Ids ]Copy and Paste email ids under CC, [ 25 email ids ]
Copy and Paste email ids under BCC, [ imis.world@protonmail.com, freeearthalliance@protonmail.com ]

After, copy and paste of the emails and contents, Attach 2 PDFs in your email. i. The saved PDF file of the Open Legal Notice and Ors. ii. Annexure A & B (PDF file.)

Now you are ready to send the email.
