People’s Verdict To Government – Cease & Desist The Unlawful Practices

Subject: People’s verdict against the unlawful FIR No. 135 dated 20/07/2021, against Dr. Tarun Kothari, u/s 117, 109, 269, and 188 of IPC

In FIR No. 135 dated 20/07/2021, against Dr. Tarun Kothari, sections 117, 109, 269, and 188 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) 1860 and section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act 1897 has been imposed. The case has been registered by SI IO Ajay Kumar Gupta on the complaint of HC Naresh Kumar. This case appears to be completely false and intentional.

Section 109 of the IPC has been imposed in this case. Section 109 is about “Punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence”. Nothing of this sort appears from that video of Dr. Tarun Kothari, on which objection is being raised. Doctor Tarun Kothari, being a qualified doctor, was simply spreading the right information about harmful effects of wearing of a face mask. It can never be wrong to tell the public, after knowing about the harmful effects of wearing a face mask.

Section 117 which is about “Abetting commission of offence by the public or by more than ten persons”. Nothing like that is visible from the video of Dr. Tarun Kothari which is under reference. Because all Indians are free to give their opinions on masks and are also free to understand the effects of wearing masks, etc.

Section 188, which is about disobeying the order of a public servant and so as to cause or creating a likelihood of causing obstruction, trouble, injury to a public servant or if such disobedience causes or trends to cause danger to human life, health or safety, or causes or tends to cause a riot or affray. There is no possibility of anything like this happening from that video and in my opinion it is a wrong use of IPC of 1860 which was enacted under British rule.

Section 269 which deals with “Negligent act likely to spread infection of disease danger­ous to life”. This also doesn’t seem to have anything to do with that video. How any disease was seen to be spreading, is a serious question in itself to the complainant HC Naresh Kumar, on which he is being seriously questioned!

Dr. Tarun Kothari, is a socially respectable person and a doctor who shares health wisdom by putting his professional considerations aside, for the sake of the public. HC Naresh Kumar, by filing a complaint against him, has misused his position, against the interests of people. We are advising HC Naresh Kumar (PIS No. 28031184) to come forward within reasonable time, become a whistleblower and inform the public under what pressures he has issued this FIR. Failing which, we request all social and national interest organisations, to initiate action against HC Naresh Kumar and consider ousting Head Constable Naresh Kumar from the society.

On further investigation of the incident and complaint, a case will be registered against the complainant HC Naresh Kumar under IPC 166, 120B, 182 and other sections.

विषयः डॉ. तरुण कोठारी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 117, 109, 269 और 188 के खिलाफ गैरकानूनी प्राथमिकी संख्या 135 दिनांक 20/07/2021 के खिलाफ लोगों का फैसला

एफआईआर संख्या 135 दिनांक 20/07/2021 में भारतीय दंड संहिता (आईपीसी) 1860 की धारा 117, 109, 269, 188 और महामारी रोग अधिनियम 1897 की धारा 3 लगाई गई है। एचसी नरेश कुमार की शिकायत पर एसआई आईओ अजय कुमार गुप्ता ने मामला दर्ज किया है। यह मामला पूरी तरह से झूठा और इरादतन बनाया हुआ प्रतीत होता है।

इस मामले में आईपीसी की धारा 109 लगाई गई है। धारा 109 “दुष्प्रेरणा की सजा यदि दुष्प्रेरित कार्य परिणाम स्वरूप प्रतिबद्ध हो चूका है” के बारे में है। डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी के जिस वीडियो पर आपत्ति जताई जा रही है, उसमें ऐसा कुछ नहीं दिख रहा है। डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी एक योग्य डॉक्टर होने के नाते फेस मास्क पहनने के हानिकारक प्रभावों के बारे में सही जानकारी फैला रहे थे। फेस मास्क पहनने के हानिकारक प्रभावों के बारे में जानकर जनता को बताना कभी भी गलत नहीं हो सकता है।

धारा 117 जो “लोक साधारण द्वारा या दस से अधिक व्यक्तियों द्वारा अपराध किए जाने की दुष्प्रेरण” के बारे में है। डॉ. तरुण कोठारी के वीडियो में ऐसा कुछ दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है जो कि संदर्भाधीन है। क्योंकि सभी भारतीय मास्क पर अपनी राय देने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं और मास्क आदि पहनने के प्रभावों को समझने के लिए भी स्वतंत्र हैं।

धारा 188, जो एक लोक सेवक (public servant) के आदेश की अवज्ञा करने के बारे में है और ताकि किसी लोक सेवक को बाधा, परेशानी, चोट पहुंचाने या पैदा करने की संभावना पैदा हो या यदि इस तरह की अवज्ञा मानव जीवन, स्वास्थ्य या सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा पैदा करती है या प्रवृत्तियों का कारण बनती है, या कारण बनता है या दंगा या दंगे का कारण बनता है। उस वीडियो से ऐसा कुछ होने की कोई संभावना नहीं है और मेरी राय में यह 1860 के आईपीसी का गलत इस्तेमाल है जो ब्रिटिश शासन के तहत बनाया गया था।

धारा 269 जो कि बेपरवाह तरीके से किसी इंफेक्शन या बीमारी को फैलाने के बारे में है। इस बात का भी उस वीडियो से कुछ लेना-देना नहीं दिखाई पड़ता। बीमारी फैलती हुई किस तरह दिखी, कंप्लेनेंट HC नरेश कुमार को यह अपने आप में गंभीर सवाल है जिसपे उससे कड़ी पूछताछ होनी चाहिए। डॉ तरुण कोठारी, एक सामाजिक रूप से सम्मानित व्यक्ति और एक डॉक्टर हैं जो जनता की खातिर अपने पेशेवर विचारों को एक तरफ रखकर स्वास्थ्य ज्ञान साझा करते हैं। एचसी नरेश कुमार ने उनके खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कर लोगों के हितों के खिलाफ अपने पद का दुरुपयोग किया है। हम एचसी नरेश कुमार (पीआईएस नंबर 28031184) को उचित समय के भीतर आगे आने, व्हिसलब्लोअर बनने और जनता को सूचित करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं कि उन्होंने यह प्राथमिकी किस दबाव में जारी की है। ऐसा न करने पर, हम सभी सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय हित संगठनों से अनुरोध करते हैं कि वे एचसी नरेश कुमार के खिलाफ कार्रवाई शुरू करें और हेड कांस्टेबल नरेश कुमार को समाज से बाहर करने पर विचार करें।

घटना की आगे की जांच और शिकायत पर शिकायतकर्ता एचसी नरेश कुमार के खिलाफ आईपीसी 166, 120 बी, 182 और अन्य धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज हो सकता है।

We are issuing a People’s Verdict to the Government Of India and Commissioner Of Police, Delhi

  1. You are being directed to withdraw the unlawful FIR No. 0135 dated 20/07/2021 issued against Dr. Tarun Kothari.
  2. You are being directed to issue show cause notices to HC Naresh Kumar (PIS No. 28031184) and SI Ajay Kumar (PIS No. 16080353 Cyber Cell, Crime Branch, Daryaganj, Delhi), to explain why their services should not be terminated for acting against the interests of public, by framing baseless charges against Doctor Tarun Kothari who was and has been creating awareness amongst people to breathe openly without wearing face mask by specifying the negative effects of wearing such face masks/ coverings and awareness about the experimental injections being administered as vaccines.
  3. We are hereby directing via this public order to the Government of India, to set-up an investigation committee including the representatives selected by the signatories to this Public Order. This committee will investigate and identify possible real culprits, who might have put pressure on these public servants to frame unlawful charges on Dr. Tarun Kothari.
  4. Government is directed via this Public Order to withdraw un-solicited public health services, because Government is not having an openness to consider the possible damage done by the pharma products i.e. COVID-19 injections and advisories (COVID Appropriate Behaviour) it is pushing on people in the name of public health. Government should not provide such mandatory and invasive public health services, because government cannot practically take responsibility for people to remain healthy or not to fall sick. For e.g. Government cannot control people on a minute to minute basis and compel them to do exercise, do yoga, eat healthy food, and breathe fresh air. So how can government be accountable for people’s health? Government has lost credibility by trying to contain infection, that too without giving any evidence that there is a virus causing any kind of infection. As a result Government is ignoring the possibility of other potential factors that could be causing the so-called COVID-19 symptoms amongst the people, including Electro Magnetic Frequency; contaminated and chemically treated and supplied water; contaminants in the air including aluminium oxide, barium etc in the Chemtrails; and fruits/ vegetables/ grains coming from land treated with chemical fertilisers. Doctor Tarun Kothari has been doing his humanitarian and constitutional duty by educating people on how to remain healthy naturally which is his area of interest, qualification and expertise. Government has no expertise on public health as its simply relying on World Health Organisation’s advisories without any evidence supporting such advisories. It must be noted that WHO has already been suspected to be the mastermind behind various alleged outbreaks including Swine Flu etc. WHO is also accused of receiving funds and favours from pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing companies. Hence Government has no basis to make invasive mandates on public health. Also our bodies are not a creation of Science to accept any invasive and monopolistic practices, in the name of Science. Doctor Tarun Kothari is educating people on how to remain healthy naturally which saves money and time for people, and improves quality of their life. Moreover, as a citizen of India, Dr. Tarun Kothari was duty bound under article 51A(h) to develop a spirit of scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform. Furthermore, under article 51A(f), he felt being duty bound to value and preserve the rich heritage of our composite culture. Questioning the narrative of only “For Profit” vaccine manufacturers and Pharma funded WHO, is part of both developing scientific temper as well as preserving our rich heritage of Naturopathy and Ayurveda.

हम भारत सरकार और पुलिस आयुक्त, दिल्ली को एक जन आदेश जारी कर रहे हैं

  1. आपको डॉ. तरुण कोठारी के विरुद्ध जारी अवैध एफआईआर क्रमांक 0135 दिनांक 20/07/2021 को वापस लेने का निर्देश दिया जा रहा है।
  2. आपको एचसी नरेश कुमार (पीआईएस नंबर 28031184) और एसआई अजय कुमार (पीआईएस नंबर 16080353 साइबर सेल, अपराध शाखा, दरियागंज, दिल्ली) को “कारण बताओ नोटिस” जारी करने के लिए निर्देशित किया जा रहा है, यह बताने के लिए कि उनकी सेवाओं को समाप्त क्यों नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी के खिलाफ बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाकर जनता के हितों के खिलाफ काम करने के लिए। यह मानते हुए कि डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी, ऐसे फेस मास्क/कवरिंग पहनने के नकारात्मक प्रभावों को निर्दिष्ट करके लोगों में बिना फेस मास्क पहने खुले में सांस लेने के लिए जागरूकता पैदा कर रहे थे। यह भी विचार करते हुए कि वे टीकों के रूप में दिए जा रहे प्रायोगिक इंजेक्शन के संभावित हानिकारक प्रभावों के बारे में जागरूकता फैला रहे थे।
  3. हम इस सार्वजनिक आदेश के माध्यम से भारत सरकार को निर्देश दे रहे हैं कि इस सार्वजनिक आदेश पर हस्ताक्षरकर्ताओं द्वारा चुने गए प्रतिनिधियों सहित एक जांच समिति का गठन किया जाए। यह समिति संभावित वास्तविक अपराधियों की जांच और पहचान करेगी, जिन्होंने इन लोक सेवकों पर डॉ. तरुण कोठारी पर गैरकानूनी आरोप लगाने का दबाव डाला होगा।
  4. सरकार को इस सार्वजनिक आदेश के माध्यम से अवांछित सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को वापस लेने का निर्देश दिया जाता है, क्योंकि सरकार के पास फार्मा उत्पादों यानी COVID-19 इंजेक्शन और सलाह (COVID उपयुक्त व्यवहार) द्वारा किए गए संभावित नुकसान पर विचार करने के लिए खुलापन नहीं है, यह लोगों पर जोर दे रहा है। जन स्वास्थ्य के नाम पर। सरकार को ऐसी अनिवार्य और आक्रामक सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान नहीं करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि सरकार व्यावहारिक रूप से लोगों के स्वस्थ रहने या बीमार न पड़ने की जिम्मेदारी नहीं ले सकती है। उदाहरण के लिए सरकार मिनट दर मिनट आधार पर लोगों को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकती है और उन्हें व्यायाम करने, योग करने, स्वस्थ भोजन खाने और ताजी हवा में सांस लेने के लिए मजबूर नहीं कर सकती है। तो सरकार लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए कैसे जवाबदेह हो सकती है? सरकार ने संक्रमण को रोकने की कोशिश करके अपनी विश्वसनीयता खो दी है, वह भी बिना कोई सबूत दिए कि कोई वायरस है जो किसी भी तरह का संक्रमण पैदा कर रहा है। परिणामस्वरूप सरकार अन्य संभावित कारकों की संभावना की अनदेखी कर रही है जो लोगों में तथाकथित COVID-19 लक्षण पैदा कर सकते हैं, जिसमें इलेक्ट्रो मैग्नेटिक फ़्रीक्वेंसी भी शामिल है; दूषित और रासायनिक रूप से उपचारित और आपूर्ति किया गया पानी; केमट्रेल्स में एल्युमिनियम ऑक्साइड, बेरियम आदि सहित हवा में प्रदूषक; और भूमि से आने वाले फलों/सब्जियों/अनाज को रासायनिक उर्वरकों से उपचारित किया जाता है। डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी लोगों को स्वाभाविक रूप से स्वस्थ रहने के बारे में शिक्षित करके अपना संवैधानिक कर्तव्य निभाते रहे हैं जो उनकी रुचि, योग्यता और विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र है। सरकार के पास सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य पर कोई विशेषज्ञता नहीं है क्योंकि वह केवल विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन की सलाह पर भरोसा करती है, बिना किसी सबूत के ऐसी सलाह का समर्थन करती है। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि डब्ल्यूएचओ को पहले से ही स्वाइन फ्लू आदि सहित विभिन्न कथित प्रकोपों ​​​​के पीछे मास्टरमाइंड होने का संदेह है। डब्ल्यूएचओ पर दवा और वैक्सीन निर्माण कंपनियों से धन और एहसान प्राप्त करने का भी आरोप है। इसलिए सरकार के पास सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य पर आक्रामक जनादेश बनाने का कोई आधार नहीं है। हमारा शरीर विज्ञान की रचना नहीं है, कि हमें विज्ञान के नाम पर किसी भी आक्रामक और एकाधिकारवादी स्वास्थ्य प्रथाओं को स्वीकार करना होगा। डॉक्टर तरुण कोठारी लोगों को प्राकृतिक रूप से स्वस्थ रहने के लिए शिक्षित कर रहे हैं जिससे लोगों के पैसे और समय की बचत होती है और उनके जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होता है। इसके अलावा, भारत के एक नागरिक के रूप में, डॉ तरुण कोठारी का अनुच्छेद 51 ए (एच) के तहत वैज्ञानिक स्वभाव, मानवतावाद और जांच और सुधार की भावना विकसित करने के लिए कर्तव्य था। इसके अलावा, अनुच्छेद 51ए (एफ) के तहत, उन्होंने महसूस किया कि हमारी मिश्रित संस्कृति की समृद्ध विरासत को महत्व देने और संरक्षित करने के लिए कर्तव्य बाध्य है। केवल “फॉर प्रॉफिट” वैक्सीन निर्माताओं और फार्मा द्वारा वित्त पोषित डब्ल्यूएचओ की कहानी पर सवाल उठाना, वैज्ञानिक सोच विकसित करने के साथ-साथ प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा और आयुर्वेद की हमारी समृद्ध विरासत को संरक्षित करने का हिस्सा है।

Dr Tarun Kothari is qualified to make a statement on a disease , it’s prevention , control and cure. . . . When the WHO and Indian government is taking unscientific steps towards the diseases, it is the duty of all the medical experts from various lines of treatment to take steps towards warning the government and the people about the wrong action suggested. Government must investigate about the claims, verify and then take action. We are the experts who have cures for all diseases, then claiming that covid is incurable and it needs to be tested, vaccinated and wear mask, is a WHO mandate for our health. Stop using police and other department to carry on wrong orders.

It is a shame that a police is apparently a bigger expert than a doctor. When a police is allowed to . . . complain against a qualified doctor on the subject of health, it becomes obvious, that this case is all about a corrupt Government machinery trying to destroy health science and its defenders. This case is the Government’s letter of intention to kill science and people.
